LABOCAST is able to provide you with implant components compatible with the majority of connectors available in the implant market. The implant abutments from our brand FORMA® are an excellent and cost-effective alternative to the original parts of your implant systems. You no longer need to manage stocks of abutments as LABOCAST supplies the entire abutment (including the screw).

This abutment is milled from Grade 5 Titanium blocks, a material well-established in the implant field for its mechanical and biocompatible properties.
Developed based on the final anatomy of the tooth, the fabrication of this abutment allows us to meet the anatomical specifications of each patient (emergence, peri-implant profile).
It provides a solution for implants placed with significant angulation. These abutments are suitable as infrastructures for cemented crowns and bridges.
Fabriqué à partir de matériaux biocompatibles : Titane et Zircone, ce pilier implantaire sur mesure réalisé par CFAO s’adapte avec une précision incomparable à l’architecture paro-implantaire de votre patient.
Le pilier en Titane est surmonté par une structure en Zircone pour pérenniser l’intégration parodontale et esthétique.
Elle est construite à partir d’un pilier en titane anatomique usiné et respectant la cartographie du système implantaire choisi. Dans le cas où les hauteurs inter arcades sont limitées (< 5mm), entrainant un niveau de rétention insuffisant pour une couronne scellée, les couronnes transvissées offrent une excellente solution de remplacement. Le puit de vissage étant colmaté à l’aide d’un matériau de restauration facile à éliminer, la couronne peut toujours être facilement déposée en vue d’un contrôle ou d’un nettoyage.
Les infrastructures implanto-portées compatibles, les barres et bridges CAD/CAM de notre marque FORMA® sont d’excellentes alternatives à un prix abordable. Leur réalisation reprend (à l’ide d’une conception numérique) tous les paramètres techniques nécessaires à leur élaboration.
L’usinage est personnalisé pour permettre aux cliniciens un plus haut degré de liberté lors de la pose d’implants dans des situations difficiles. Les infrastructures sont livrées avec des vis anodisées. Le profil de la tête de vis est compatibles avec le tournevis du système d’implant utilisé.
